The whole of Bookwell School joined the local community at Egremont Rangers ARLFC to welcome Kevin Sinfield as he passed through town during the Cumbrian leg of his 7 in 7: Together challenge. Mr Hardy and some of our rugby players presented Kevin with a cheque for £3,200 that we had raised for the MND Association. Kevin then kindly signed and donated to Bookwell the shirt that he’d just been running in! What an unforgettable day for all the children and staff.
