We found the owl babies in our classroom, they left us a note saying that they felt scared as their owl mother had gone.  They asked us if we could help them find their mummy owl, we followed brown feathers all around our outdoor space and we found her high up in a tree. We think that the fireworks must have frightened her! The owl babies were delighted to see their mother.  
 

We have had fun making owl toast, we used knives to cut the fruit and we used the different functions on the toaster to get our toast just right.

We have been learning the actions for our new story map.
