Today the children have had to write reasons for and against Traction Man going into the sink to rescue his friend Scrubbing Brush from Evil Dish Cloth. They had to work in pairs to think of their reasons and had to use the word ‘because’ to explain themselves. Then the children took part in a ‘Decision Alley’ activity where they had to explain their reasons to ’Traction Man’. In the end ’Traction Man’ decided that he would rescue Scrubbing Brush because he had to be brave and help his friend.
