We had lots of fun on our Spanish Day.  We held a baby jumping festival like they have in Spain.  Men dressed as devils jump over real babies to protect them from evil spirits.  Fortunately we did not use real babies!  We also tried manchego cheese, chorizo and olives and Spanish omelette and dressed up in the colours of the Spanish flag.
