This week we have been learning about prehistoric art as part of our Stone Age topic. After looking at carvings and paintings in caves all over the world, we discovered that Stone Age people used art to tell stories about their victorious hunts. Often using anything they could find such as peices of flint, animal bones and berries to etch their adventures. To explore what this would be like, we went back to basics and created our own cave art mural using only graphite pencils in the playground! See if you can spot any animals we managed to hunt down.
