We have been writing recipes for Tapas to fit in with our Catalonia topic. The children struggled a little because they didn't know what a lot of the traditional ingredients tasted like. We decided to have a tasting session of some classic tapas ingredients including sun dried tomatoes, roasted peppers, chorizo sausage, serrano ham, goat's cheese, olives and jalapeno peppers. The children enjoyed tasting things but weren't too sure about the chillies!
